About Our Products

What is bilona ghee?

Bilona ghee starts from curd, not cream. Curd is hand-churned to butter, then slow-cooked to ghee. Result: nutty aroma, grainy texture, richer taste. Commercial cream-based ghee can't replicate it.

Is your ghee A2?

Our Desi Cow Ghee is from indigenous desi cows, which produce A2 milk. We don't make regulated health claims — but it is genuine bilona ghee from native Indian cow breeds.

My ghee has granules. Is it spoiled?

No — granules are a sign of authentic bilona ghee. Warm the jar gently to dissolve them.

My honey crystallised. What do I do?

Crystallisation = real raw honey. Place the closed jar in warm (not hot) water for 15–20 minutes. Never microwave — destroys enzymes.

Is mustard oil safe to cook with?

Yes. It has been North India's primary cooking oil for centuries. FSSAI-approved for culinary use. Our oil is FSSAI licensed.

What is kachi ghani?

"Cold press" — seeds crushed slowly in a traditional wooden kolhu at low temperature. No heat, no chemicals, no refining.

Is your jaggery sulphur-free?

Yes. No sulphur, no bleach, no whiteners, no anti-caking agents. Just slow-boiled sugarcane juice.

Quality & Testing

Are your products lab tested?

Yes. NABL-accredited testing at Equinox Labs, Navi Mumbai. Reports on our Lab Reports page — verify them on the NABL portal using the ULR number.

What does NABL mean?

NABL is India's national accreditation body for testing laboratories. NABL-tested means an independent certified lab — not us — verified the composition.

Are you FSSAI licensed?

Yes. All products manufactured under FSSAI license by Chahal Organics Pvt. Ltd., Singhpur Sani, Sambhal, UP 244302.

Orders & Delivery

How long will my order take?

Processed in 1–2 business days. North India: 2–4 days. Other states: 3–6 days. Full shipping policy.

Is there free delivery?

Free above ₹999. Below that, flat ₹60.

Do you accept COD?

Yes, up to ₹3,000 across most pincodes. ₹40 COD handling fee applies, waived on prepaid orders. OTP verification required.

My order arrived damaged.

Email chahalagrifarms@gmail.com within 48 hours with order number and photos. Replacement or full refund — no hassle.

Do you ship outside India?

Not yet. Pan-India only. International is on the roadmap — follow us on Instagram for updates.
