Refund policy

At Chahal Agri Farms, every product is packed fresh and inspected before dispatch. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Return window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to raise a return or replacement request.

What qualifies for a return or refund
We accept returns and issue refunds or replacements when:

  • The product arrives damaged (cracked jar, leaking bottle, torn pouch)
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product was not sealed properly or had a broken seal on delivery
  • The product is expired on arrival
  • There is a genuine quality issue (adulteration, off-smell, or the product is not as described)

What is not eligible

  • Change of mind where the product is undamaged and as described
  • Opened products that are not defective (for food-safety and hygiene reasons)
  • Returns requested after the 7-day window

Product condition
To be eligible, the item must be unused and in its original packaging, in the same condition you received it.

How to start a return
Email us at chahalagrifarms@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a photo of the outer packaging, and clear photos or a short video of the product. Once approved, we will arrange and pay for the return pickup from your delivery address — there are no return shipping charges to you.

Refunds and replacements

  • Choose a free replacement (preferred for damaged items) or a full refund.
  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item.
  • For Cash-on-Delivery orders, refunds are issued via UPI or bank transfer after we collect your details by email.

Restocking fees
None. Returns are free of cost to you.
