Every product independently tested by an NABL-accredited laboratory. Full reports published here — download and verify each one yourself.
What does “% Daily Value” mean in the tables below?
The % Daily Value column tells you what percentage of your total daily nutritional need is covered by 100g of that product, based on a standard 2,000 kcal/day diet — the same reference used on all packaged food labels in India as per FSSAI guidelines. A typical serving is much less than 100g, so actual daily contribution per serving is much smaller.
What These Tests Actually Prove
Lab reports can be hard to read. Here is what our specific test results mean for you as a consumer.
No Argemone Oil in Mustard Oil
Argemone oil is a toxic adulterant — the most common found in mustard oil across India. Our FSSAI test confirmed zero argemone contamination in both yellow and black mustard oils.
No Chemical Solvents in Mustard Oil
Hexane is a petrochemical solvent used in industrial oil extraction. Our result of <1 mg/kg confirms traditional wood-press extraction with no chemical solvents used.
Honey Was Never Heated
HMF forms in honey when it is heated. Our reading of <1 mg/kg against a limit of 80 mg/kg confirms our honey was never heated — all natural enzymes, antioxidants and pollen remain fully intact.
No Sugar Syrup Added to Honey
Adding glucose syrup to honey is the most widespread honey fraud in India. Our test confirmed added sugar of <1g per 100g — essentially zero. Pure wild forest honey, nothing added.
Jaggery Is Fresh, Not Damp
Moisture in jaggery determines shelf life and quality. Our reading of 4.11% (well below the 7% limit) confirms fresh production and proper airtight packaging.
Jaggery Retains Natural Minerals
Refined white sugar has zero minerals — all stripped during processing. Our jaggery contains 3.36mg of naturally occurring iron per 100g. No bleaching or refining means minerals stay intact.
