Track Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS from our courier partner. Use the steps below to check your delivery status.
How to Track
- Find your tracking number — Check your order confirmation email or SMS. The tracking number is provided once your order is dispatched (within 1–2 business days of ordering).
- Visit the courier's tracking page — Enter your tracking number on the courier website linked in your shipping confirmation email.
- Check your Shopify order status — You can also view your order status by clicking the link in your order confirmation email.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Delhi NCR: 2–3 business days
- UP, Uttarakhand, Bihar, Rajasthan: 2–4 business days
- Maharashtra, Gujarat, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu: 4–6 business days
- All other states: 3–6 business days
Delivery times are estimates. Delays may occur during festive seasons or due to courier disruptions.
Order Not Arrived?
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, or if the tracking shows no movement for more than 3 days, please contact us:

We'll follow up with the courier and resolve it within 24–48 hours.
Damaged on Arrival?
If your order arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund. See our full Return & Refund Policy.
