Shipping policy

We process and ship every order from our farm in Singhpur Sani Village, Sambhal, West Uttar Pradesh. Orders are packed fresh before shipping.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation (or COD order confirmation via OTP). You'll receive a tracking email once dispatched.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Delhi NCR: 2–3 business days
UP, Uttarakhand, Bihar, Rajasthan: 2–4 business days
Maharashtra, Gujarat, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu: 4–6 business days
Northeast India, J&K, Andaman: 6–9 business days
All other states: 3–6 business days

SHIPPING CHARGES
Free shipping on all orders above ₹999
Orders below ₹999: flat fee of ₹60

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
• COD is available on orders up to ₹3,000 across most serviceable pincodes in India
• OTP verification is required at the time of order to confirm COD bookings — please keep your phone reachable
• COD is not available for select remote pincodes; availability is confirmed at checkout
• Please keep the exact COD amount ready in cash at the time of delivery; our courier partner may not carry change
• Prepaid orders (UPI / card / netbanking) are dispatched on priority and qualify for occasional prepaid discounts

PACKAGING
All glass jars (ghee, honey) are bubble-wrapped. Mustard oil and jaggery are packed in corrugated boxes.

DAMAGED OR LOST ORDERS
Email chahalagrifarms@gmail.com within 48 hours with your order number and photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
