Shipping Policy

We process and ship every order from our farm in Singhpur Sani Village, Sambhal, West Uttar Pradesh. Because we make in small batches, your order is packed fresh before shipping.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Shipping Charges

Free shipping on all orders above ₹999
Orders below ₹999: flat shipping charge of ₹60

Packaging

All glass jar products (ghee, honey) are packed with bubble wrap and protective padding to prevent breakage in transit. Mustard oil bottles and jaggery pouches are sealed and packed in corrugated boxes.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email and/or SMS. You can track your order directly on the courier's website using the tracking number provided.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at chahalagrifarms@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
