By accessing and placing orders on chahalagrifarms.com, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

Products

All products are natural, minimally processed food items. Product appearance — colour, texture, and aroma — may vary slightly between batches. This is a characteristic of natural, unprocessed foods and not a defect. Ghee may granulate in cold weather (a sign of purity). Honey may crystallise over time (also a sign of purity). These are natural behaviours.

Pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price displayed at the time of order placement is the price you pay.

Orders and Payments

An order is confirmed only after payment is successfully received. We accept UPI, credit cards, debit cards, and net banking through Razorpay. We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of stock unavailability, at which point a full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.

Delivery

Delivery timelines stated are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for delays caused by our courier partners once the order has been dispatched.

Food Safety

Our products are FSSAI licensed. Store all products as directed on the packaging. We are not responsible for product spoilage resulting from improper storage by the customer.
