The chotu pack
Don't take our word for it.
Three glass jars from the same batches we ship full-size. Enough to actually cook with — then decide if we're worth your kitchen.
One per household. We'd rather you taste it than stock up on it.
Three jars. No filler.
The three things people buy from us most — in a size you can finish in a week. These are the actual jars that arrive.
-

50 ml
Desi Cow Ghee
Bilona method. Curd churned in earthen matkas, then slow-cooked on the barosi until it turns clear gold.
-

50 ml
Wild Forest Honey
Raw and never heated, from our family's hives in Sitla village, high in the Kumaon hills.
-

50 ml
Yellow Mustard Oil
Wood-pressed the kachi ghani way, cold pressed within days of harvest. Sharp, the way it should be.
Why it's this cheap
We don't make money on this pack.
Three glass jars, three labels, a box and a courier cost us more than ₹249. We're not being generous — we're betting that once you've cooked with real bilona ghee and wood-pressed oil, you won't go back to the supermarket. That bet is the whole business.
The same ghee. Made the slow way.
Nothing in the trial pack is a special batch. It comes off the same barosi and the same churn as every jar we ship.
-
Milk on the barosi, 7–8 hours.
-
Curd churned in earthen matkas.
-
The makkhan off the churn.
-
Slow-cooked to clear gold.
Try it once, then decide.
₹249 for three jars from the same batches we ship full-size. One pack per household.
