Ghar mein hamesha sulphur-free gud rakhna mushkil tha — market ka jaggery itna light yellow hota hai ki pata hi nahi ki chemicals use hue hain. Chahal ka jaggery dekha — dark golden brown, natural earthy smell, aur texture bilkul authentic. Bacchon ke liye raat ko warm milk mein daali — unhone bhi bole ki is baar achha laga. Lab test mein iron 3.36mg bhi dekha — ye normal sugar mein zero hota hai.
