How We Make Our Jaggery

1. Sweetest sugarcane from UP West — Sourced from West Uttar Pradesh, known for juice-rich, naturally sweet cane.
2. Fresh cane juice extraction — The cane is crushed to extract juice, filtered to remove fibres without chemical clarifying agents.
3. Slow boiling on traditional chulhas — Juice is slow-boiled in open iron pans with impurities skimmed off manually.
4. Setting, cutting & breaking — Once thickened, jaggery is poured into trays to set, then cut or broken into uniform pieces.
5. No sulphur, no artificial additives — No sulphur, synthetic whiteners, anti-caking agents, or colours.
